The Co – Ed Management system:
- Is a platform providing our clients with fuel and fleet management.
- We provide a product able to integrate both of the above aspects and more.
- Provides up to date and live records of activities (if enabled).
- Control clients fuel use to operations.
- Inform cleints where the fuel is being used.
- Allow clients to manage fuel stocks.
Control-units, installed into the fuel dispensing infrastructure, controls the dispensing of fuel.
Operators use a display to dispense fuel.
All vehicles are tagged, allowing the system to identify the vehicle, as well as the operator authorized to dispense fuel.
The control unit is operated via a LCD Interface display.
Vehicles, reasons,hours / km’s are identified either by pre-programmed tag or entered into the LCD interface.
An organizations login, with a unique username and password, enables viewing and exporting all transactions.
Data is sorted either via date, user and/or machine. All data will be supported by the Co – Ed Management client support team, working to provide clients with the best service to reach the full potential of the system.
Manual reports are available. Weekly and monthly reports on all transactions can be provided.
We also offer a financial year end report for tax purposes. Dates will be set according to the clients financial year.
